Treat yourself at our table between sea and forest with gourmet courses from Brazil, Asia, India, France, Italy and North Africa. Particular attention is paid to the ingredients with fresh organic vegetables, seafood from the island. All the sauces, desserts, bread and pastry are entirely prepared on location. The summer 2007 menu (Brazilian summer): • Parmezan Napoleon of grilled vegetables and basil. • Chicken emincé with maracuja (passion fruit), pistachios and raisins. • Shrimp with a sweet chiles and fruit sauce, and a manioc cream. • Banane flambée with rhum and spices. Chef Silvana will prepare special courses at your request. Our restaurant is currently regarded as the best one on the island. Breakfast offers an entirely home-made sweet and salty buffet (bread, fruit preserves, pastry…), fresh fruit juices, and local specialties prepared on the spot (grilled cheese with molasses, tapioca crèpes…). The wines, temperature-controled in our wine cellar, have been selected with our menu in mind. Do not hesitate to ask Philippe for assistance with your selection. |
