Treat yourself at our table between sea and forest with gourmet courses from Brazil, Asia, India, France and Italy. Particular attention is paid to the ingredients with fresh organic vegetables, seafood from the island. All the sauces, desserts, bread and pastry are entirely prepared on location.


Our re-opening menu, starting July 1st, 2010
• Fish cooked in banana leaf.
• Chicken emincé with maracuja (passion fruit).
• Beef filet in almond crust.
• Two-curry shrimp with pineapple and coconut.
• Guava cake with coconut ice-cream.
• Pineapple and coconut crumble.

Chef Neto will prepare special courses at your request. Our restaurant is currently regarded as the best one on the island.

Breakfast offers an entirely home-made sweet and salty buffet (bread, fruit preserves, pastry…), fresh fruit juices, and local specialties prepared on the spot (grilled cheese with molasses, tapioca crèpes…).

The wines, temperature-controled in our wine cellar, have been selected with our menu in mind. Do not hesitate to ask our Maître d'Hôtel for assistance with your selection.
